近日，上海崇明一辆非机动车从建设公路逆向驶出，见路口东西向左转弯绿灯，便直接随车流左转，未注意此时直行路灯也是绿灯，与直行的机动车发生碰擦事故。民警认定非机动车驾驶人全责。
