10月23日，据“北京发布”消息，北京市发改委近日介绍，布局在宋庄的通州区山姆会员店实现开工建设。规划显示，位于通州的这家山姆会员店建设规模约5.6万平方米，建设商业设施和附属配套设施的同时还会配套周边道路。项目建成后能够更好为疏解非首都功能提供保障，带动周边区域产业升级和消费升级，形成区域经济贡献。
