菲林格尔（603226）发布公告，董事会秘书胡忠青因工作调整于2025年10月22日离任，继续担任公司副总经理职务。董事会决定在董事会秘书空缺期间，由副董事长孔磊代行该职务，代行时间不超过三个月。
2025年中期，菲林格尔实现收入1.36亿元，归母净利润-2693万元。
