人民财讯10月22日电，法尔胜(000890)10月22日披露重大资产出售预案，10月22日，公司与BEKAERT STEEL CORDPRODUCTSHONG KONG LIMITED（简称“香港贝卡尔特”）签署《谅解备忘录》，约定公司拟以现金方式向香港贝卡尔特转让其拥有的中国贝卡尔特钢帘线有限公司（简称“贝卡尔特钢帘线”）10%股权。交易完成后，公司将不再持有贝卡尔特钢帘线的股权。此次交易构成重大资产重组。
