近期，有消费者向黑猫投诉反馈，自己乘坐的成都航空航班由于飞机故障被取消，导致自己滞留当地没有按时到达目的地签合同，造成经济损失十余万，然而却没有得到航空公司任何赔偿。截至目前，成都航空在黑猫投诉平台投诉累计达5158单，回复率仅为4.58%，比湖南航空低95%。
