北京商报讯（记者 郝彦）10月21日，深圳证监局发布公告表示，深圳市前海睿麟基金管理有限公司（以下简称"深圳前海睿麟基金"）在管理、运用私募基金财产的过程中，未独立开展投资决策，未履行谨慎勤勉义务，违反相关规定，深圳证监局决定对深圳前海睿麟基金采取出具警示函的行政监管措施。
