当地时间10月20日，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）的公司申报数据库出现间歇性故障，导致关键财务信息无法获取。SEC网站公告称，受此影响，已受理的申报材料可能不会在SEC.gov上显示。SEC并未说明故障原因，但表示：“我们的技术团队正在努力解决问题。”
