人民财讯10月20日电，盐田港(000088)10月20日公告，公司拟作为有限合伙人与普通合伙人深圳港基金公司、国信弘盛，以及有限合伙人桂粤公司、赣深基金、光明科发共同投资设立深圳港弘盛海洋科技投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）。该基金总认缴出资金额为5.2亿元，公司认缴出资2.11亿元，占该基金总认缴出资金额的40.58%。
