财联社10月20日电，经深房中协统计，2025年第42周（10.13~10.19）全市二手房（含自助）录得1696套，环比增长39.1%，二手房录得量创近半年来单周新高。另据深圳市房地产信息平台数据，2025年第42周全市新房（预售+现售）成交量节后出现修复性增长，新房周成交883套。从区域看，龙岗区域录得量激增，遥遥领先其他区域。
