财联社10月20日电，上海今日迎来2025年第八批次土拍。静安区C070102单元32-04地块及32-08地块地下空间率先出让，该地块用地面积30108平方米，容积率3.64，起拍价70.96亿元，起始楼面价74670元/平方米。经过52轮竞价，该地块由招商、越秀、星狮、瑞城联合体以77.37亿元的价格竞得，成交楼面价 81415元/平方米，溢价率9%。（财联社记者 王海春）
