新建路将于2025年10月20日全线通车，同步途经该路段（包括横穿水西门街、旱西门街）的公交线路：2路、2支、4路、10路（K10）、19路（K19）、27路、38路、56路、56支、803路、805路、807路（K807）、808路、809路、827路、828路、850路、850支、851路、855路、K4路恢复新建路段原线路运行。同时受施工影响的府西街新建路口（南、北）、市第二人民医院（南）公交站点，恢复正常停靠。
