湖南省商务厅联合省财政厅发布公告，将于2025年10月至12月在全省范围内开展“乐享湖南·湘当有惠”消费券发放活动。本次消费券发放总金额达1亿元，重点覆盖餐饮、加油、家政服务、美容美发四大民生消费领域，资金分配充分贴合居民日常需求，其中餐饮领域占比65%（达6500万元），加油和家政服务领域各占12.5%，美容美发领域占比10%，满足居民生活服务类消费需求。
