新华社长春10月18日电（记者张博宇）记者从吉林省住房和城乡建设厅获悉，截至10月17日0时，吉林全省48个市县已全部开栓供热，较上个采暖季平均提前3天。
据悉，吉林省取暖保供能力全面提升，目前已入库热煤801万吨，新建改造管网1246公里，新增热源能力850兆瓦。设施设备检修率、完好率均达到100%。
目前，吉林省各地已全部建立应急指挥机构，编制供热应急预案，确保冬季供暖应急保障全面到位。（完）
