10月10日，郑先生在某电商平台购入50克黄金，单价约900元/克，总价4.5万元。11日，订单显示商品已进入派送阶段，却被平台锁定拦截，最终单方面被取消。“看到订单突然没了，我整个人都懵了。”10月16日晚，郑先生向记者讲起此事时仍感无奈。
