财联社10月17日电，大众交通(600611.SH)公告称，公司与大众聚鼎（上海）私募基金管理有限公司等共同出资设立马鞍山众松晶创创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙），认缴出资总额为1.5亿元。公司作为有限合伙人认缴出资5000万元，认缴比例33.3333%。基金投资范围包括半导体、汽车电子、智能制造等行业。
