10月16日，安徽马鞍山，李先生带自家两只狗出门时，被邻居未拴绳的狗冲上来咬伤脚踝。
李先生告诉荔枝新闻，当时自己的狗一只牵着绳子，另一只后腿残疾用小推车推着，去年也曾被同一只狗咬过，该狗主有时不牵绳，且事后态度恶劣，目前已接种疫苗并报警处理。（荔枝新闻）
