在盐城市中心建军路上的中国银行办业务，窗口少，等了一个多小时就算了，配套和管理也跟不上。大门打不开，办好业务的走后门走，叫号机也不显示，所以排队混乱，这么大的银行，还是在市中心，就这点“排场”吗？难以想象！
