10月10日，佛山市禅城区人民政府官网公布干部任免信息，显示黎志君已任禅城区信访局局长。
黎志君，男，2017年任禅城区信访局副局长，兼任区社会综合治理指挥中心副主任，此后还曾兼任禅城区委社会工作部副部长，负责信访工作。
