近日，自然资源部发布了《城市存量空间盘活优化规划指南》，其中明确了存量空间盘活优化，将作为未来国土空间规划的重要任务之一。
自然资源部还指出，我国城市发展进入“存量时代”，不再大拆大建，而是要把已有的土地想办法用好用活。
