人民财讯10月14日电，安世半导体官网10月14日更新消息显示，首席财务官Stefan Tilger将担任临时首席执行官，Achim Kempe将继续担任首席运营官。另外，公司官网显示，10月4日，中国商务部发布出口管制公告，禁止安世半导体中国及其分包商出口在中国生产的特定成品部件和子组件。安世半导体表示正积极与中国有关部门沟通，争取获得豁免。安世半导体正与所有相关国家和地方政府部门密切沟通，以减轻该措施的影响。
