近日，广东省工信厅发布“关于英德海螺水泥有限责任公司水泥熟料生产线项目产能置换方案的公示”。
产能置换方案显示，英德海螺水泥4#线5000t/d熟料生产线补充产能1000t/d，2#线4500t/d熟料生产线补充产能1250t/d，出让产能来自遵义海螺盘江水泥，置换比例2:1。
