人民财讯10月13日电，维尔利(300190)10月13日公告，公司近日与包头永和新材料有限公司签订了《设备采购合同》，根据合同约定，包头永和新材料有限公司从公司购买污水站、中水站、零排放系统、再生水站、脱盐水站设备，合同总价（含税）为1.5亿元。
