据科贝电台的消息，第二名受害者撤回对劳尔-阿森西奥的指控。
科贝电台报道称，视频泄露案的第二名受害者（当时是未成年人）也撤回了对劳尔-阿森西奥的指控。
第二名受害者表示：“他(劳尔-阿森西奥)已为自己不当的举动道歉。他的行为与其他被告有所不同。”
现在检方必须决定是否继续起诉，或最终免除劳尔-阿森西奥的罪责。
