近日，我区对高架桥下等“边角空间”综合整治成效初显，在娄桥街道金丽温高速娄桥高架桥下，这里的空间被打造为省级全民健身中心——鸿博瓯海体育公园，集体育运动、生态田园和休闲等区域一体，人气火爆。
