10月9日，全球临床试验收录网站显示，礼来(LLY.US)启动了FRα ADC药物LY4170156的首个III期临床试验(FRAmework-01)。LY4170156是Mablink Bioscience(已被礼来收购)开发的一款FRα ADC药物，其有效载荷为拓扑异构酶I抑制剂依沙替康，DAR值为8。
据医药魔方NextPharma数据库统计，目前全球共27款在研FRα ADC药物，其中11款处于临床阶段。除了已经上市的索米妥昔单抗外，Rinatabart sesutecan(Genmab)、BAT8006(百奥泰)和LY4170156是进展最快的3款药物，均已启动III期临床试验。
