据中国海事局网站消息，10月9日，烟台海事局发布航行警告：
10月10日6时至11日11时，东方航天港、北海救119在以36-37.88N 121-11.90E为中心，3千米为半径范围和由36-37.88N 121-11.90E、36-33.42N 121-15.73E、36-32.76N 121-13.85E三点连线围成的区域内进行火箭发射。禁止船舶驶入。
