10月8日，南京禄口机场一名乘客发视频称，在值机排队时遇人插队，上前阻止后被对方辱骂并扇耳光。
记者从当地警方获悉，事件属实，目前已由公安部门介入处理。
当事乘客表示，涉事双方在警方调解下达成一致，对方已向当事乘客道歉并给予赔偿。
