10月9日，省广集团（002400）发布公告，公司财务总监周旭因工作调动原因辞去职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。周旭在任期内未持有公司股份，且不存在未履行的承诺事项。
同时，公司董事会于2025年10月9日审议通过了关于变更财务总监的议案，聘任丁斌全为新任财务总监，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会任期届满。
2025年中期，省广集团实现收入92.75亿元，归母净利润6084万元。
