新京报贝壳财经讯 10月9日，南京住房公积金管理中心发布《关于提高住房公积金贷款额度的通知》，对南京住房公积金贷款最高额度进行调整。通知明确，单缴存人的住房公积金贷款最高额度由50万元/人提高至80万元/人，家庭（夫妻双缴存人）的住房公积金贷款最高额度仍为100万元/户。该通知自2025年10月9日起施行，有效期至2027年12月31日。
