10月5日上午，今年第21号台风“麦德姆”从文昌近海擦过。4日晚19时，海南省将防汛防风应急响应提升至Ⅰ级。目前，海口和文昌已发布“六停”或“五停一关”措施（即停课、停工、停业、停运、停航、关闭景区），按分时段方式逐步推进实施。
