当地时间10月3日下午，加沙地带卫生部门发表声明称，以军过去24小时在加沙地带的军事行动共导致63名巴勒斯坦人死亡，另有227人受伤。
自2023年10月7日本轮巴以冲突爆发以来，以军在加沙的军事行动已导致66288人死亡、169165人受伤。自今年3月18日以军恢复加沙作战以来，已造成13420人死亡，另有57124人受伤。
