【越乔】获悉，近日，武汉发布 关于变更《武汉市商品房买卖合同》（示范文本）监制单位名称的通知。 因机构改革和工作需要，现将相关合同监制单位之一“武汉市住房保障和房屋管理局”变更为“武汉市住房和城市更新局”。
