格隆汇9月30日丨飞道旅游科技(08069.HK)公告，于2025年9月30日，集团与正天订立物业租赁协议，藉以于香港租赁办公物业供集团营运，租期自2025年10月1日起至2027年3月31日。根据各份物业租赁协议，于租期内任何时间，任何一方均可透过向对方发出不少于30日的事先书面通知终止该协议，而租户无权续订租赁协议。
