福特CEO Jim Farley表示目前不会考虑苹果的CarPlay Ultra车联解决方案，认为谷歌的Android Auto表现更好。福特此前已承诺继续推出支持基础版CarPlay的汽车，但不会采用更新的CarPlay Ultra。Farley认为CarPlay Ultra“完全控制汽车”的理念有问题，会造成用户体验混乱。他透露福特正在研发新软件，可在Android Auto和CarPlay之上增添新体验。Farley还表示未来仍可能采用改进后的CarPlay Ultra，但目前更看好其他厂商，尤其是中国厂商的解决方案，称赞华为的鸿蒙智行和小米的汽车系统体验“非常无缝”“非常惊艳”。
