财联社9月29日电，洪田股份间接控股子公司洪镭光学官微消息，近日，洪镭光学正式收到首台HL-P20直写光刻机的客户验收通过报告。HL-P20是洪镭光学针对PCB领域推出的一款双台面激光直写光刻机，该机型具备20um光学解析，±8um对位精度，产能速度可超8.5面/Min，满足FPC与HDI产品的线路曝光需求。该设备在华南某FPC客户工厂经批量生产测试后，各项技术指标均合格，正式通过验收，这标志着公司首款面向PCB领域的直写光刻机设备正式获得专业客户市场认可。
