人民财讯9月26日电，9月26日，农业农村部种植业管理司会同全国农业技术推广服务中心在宁夏回族自治区银川市召开小麦秋播拌种会，安排部署今年小麦秋播药剂拌种及秋冬季病虫害防控工作，培训药剂拌种技术，要求因地制宜推行小麦秋播药剂拌种措施，前移防控关口，做到“冬病秋防”，保障小麦全苗壮苗，全力赢取明春病虫害防控主动权。
