9月26日，三湘印象（000863）发布公告，持股5%以上股东黄卫枝解除质押3000万股，占其所持股份的19.79%及公司总股本的2.54%；截至公告披露日，黄卫枝累计质押股份1.22亿股，占其所持股份的80.14%及公司总股本的10.29%。
2025年中期，三湘印象实现收入3.77亿元，归母净利润592万元。
