9月26日晚，在沪昆高速（贵定县境内）都匀往贵阳方向1781公里加700米处（小地名：二道坝大桥）发生一起五车追尾的道路交通事故，事故造成1人死亡、1人受伤，目前伤者已送往贵定县人民医院进行救治，暂无生命危险，事故现场已恢复正常通行，事故原因调查和善后工作正在有序开展。
