9月26日，帝奥微（688381）发布公告，公司实际控制人鞠建宏及其一致行动人郑慧签署了一致行动协议书之终止协议，郑慧退出与公司实际控制人的一致行动关系，公司控股股东和实际控制人未发生变化。
2025年中期，帝奥微实现收入3.06亿元，归母净利润-421万元。
