记者从水利部了解到，9月25日8时至26日8时，广东中西部、广西中部西部、贵州西南部等地部分地区降了大到暴雨，受“桦加沙”和天文潮共同影响，广东西江支流新兴江、宋隆水，广西桂南沿海防城河、南流江及郁江支流泮水河等5条中小河流发生超警洪水。
目前，水利部维持针对广西、海南2省（自治区）的洪水防御Ⅳ级应急响应。
