智通财经APP讯，海马汽车(000572.SZ)公告，公司与海南控股、海南新能源销售于2025年9月26日在海口市签订《增资协议》，公司以自有资金对海南新能源销售增资40.8164万元，增资后，公司对海南新能源销售的持股比例将从50%增至51%，海南新能源销售将纳入公司合并报表范围，成为公司的控股子公司。
