9月25日晚，小米集团创始人、董事长兼CEO雷军在其年度公开演讲中表示，自研手机SoC（芯片）做中低端完全没机会，只有做最高端才有一线生机。“我们研究以后发现，当年苹果和华为都是从最高端切入的，没有一个手机公司是从低端切入SoC的。所以这个结论让我们充分的意识到，松果一上来切入点找错了，方向错了。”（每日经济新闻记者 可杨）
