近日，有消息称，据消费保平台数据，2022年至2025年（截至9月16日）消费保累计收到在线音乐APP相关投诉13,540件，整体投诉解决率为12.49%。
其中，几大主流在线音乐平台，包括QQ音乐、酷狗音乐、网易云、酷我音乐、汽水音乐、全民K歌累计投诉量为10,717件，占投诉总量的近八成，涉及金额超780万元。
