9月24日，广东珠海。受台风“桦加沙”影响，风暴潮叠加，黄杨河水位高涨，海水倒灌入城。井岸镇城区多处出现严重水浸，有消防人员在镇上开展救援。井岸镇政府工作人员称，民兵和区里消防都展开救援，已将受困人员全部转移，目前水势也再开始退。
