9 月 24 日，网易旗下游戏《射雕》正式发布停运公告。公告中提及，停运主要源于两方面原因：一是网易公司与明河社就《射雕三部曲》IP 的合作期限即将结束，二是基于游戏运营策略的调整。
根据公告安排，《射雕》将在 11 月 24 日 15:00 正式停止运营。此外，游戏项目组同步发布了一段时长约一分半钟的告别视频，视频中以 “江湖茫茫，后会无期” 的表述，向玩家作别。
