人民财讯9月24日电，据气象部门监测预报，受台风“桦加沙”影响，过去24小时惠州市惠东县、惠阳区、大亚湾区出现了暴雨到大暴雨，且预计强降雨云系仍将继续影响惠州市。经会商研判，根据《惠州市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》，市三防指挥部决定于9月24日12时启动防汛Ⅲ级应急响应。
