近日，市规资局发布二则拟征收土地预公告（沪浦预征地告〔2025〕第168号-第169号），拟征收暮二村第六、第三、第五村民小组范围内集体土地，位置为东至玉盘北路、南至银樽路、西至诚礼路、北至沈沙港和西至玉盘北路、东至诚乐路，征地用途为公共绿地和道路用地。
