财联社9月23日电，烽火通信(600498.SH)公告称，公司计划以不低于7,500万元且不超过15,000万元的自有资金或自筹资金，通过集中竞价交易方式回购部分社会公众股份，并全部予以注销以减少注册资本。回购价格不超过40.53元/股，回购期限为股东大会审议通过后6个月内。
