在“武汉市职业病防治院2025年医疗设备采购-1”（项目编号：HBZLT-WH-125103）政府采购项目中，存在提供虚假材料谋取中标的违法行为。
处以采购金额千分之五的罚款（人民币3850元）的处罚。
