百胜中国公告，自2025年9月19日起，卫哲获委任为董事会食品安全与可持续发展委员会成员。
公开资料显示，卫哲（1970年12月出生）是中国香港籍企业家，现任嘉御资本创始合伙人兼董事长，兼任香港电讯盈科、汇丰银行（中国）非执行董事及圣湘生物董事。他曾推动阿里巴巴B2B业务营收从13.6亿增至55亿，2011年辞职后创立嘉御资本，管理资产超160亿元，投资安克创新、泡泡玛特等企业。
